Nookup houses provide all necessary thermic and security needs, demanded by Portuguese authorities. Nookup houses have an equal or superior lifespan than masonry houses, of traditional construction. Light steel structure also ensures a superior anti-seismic protection.
How long does it take to build a Nookup house?
Most of the construction is made in our own facilities. After we get the construction license, the modules are transported to the construction site and, depending on site preparation and foundations building, a Nookup house might be ready in 6 to 9 months, depending on the complexity of the project.
